FIDIPA is a Non Governmental Organization (NGO) registered in Kenya under the NGO Bureau, registration number OP.218/051/2007/026/4440.  The organization is headed by the Board of Directors(BOD) who includes professionals, Doctors, Sociologists, Information Technologies, Lawyers, Accountants, Development workers, church leaders and others to oversee the management of the organization.  The BOD is charged with the responsibility of formulating the policy, which is executed by the management committee. The organization has an advisory board of  professionals who are consulted from time to time when need arises. The Personnel Administration department is responsible for personnel management, recruitment of staff, disciplinary procedures, training of staff. The department is also responsible for the retrenchment of staff, which shall be developed by team of consultants. 

The management committee comprises of professional development workers. These are the University graduates or Diploma holders with social science/economic background. The management team meets to deliberate on issues.  The team comprises of  the Program Director, the departmental heads,  Finance and Administration officer.

The organization has a matrix structure suitable for implementing various projects. The structure is dynamic to ensure client’s needs are effectively and efficiently addressed. The organization has a team of cooperate consultants who are responsible for programs implementation and consultancies.
