FIDIPA has functional monitoring and evaluation systems, which captures relevant information on all aspects of organization programmes. FIDIPA monitoring and evaluation systems is flexible and is where necessary open to modifications to suit a particular donor requirement principally. FIDIPA monitoring system is designed to be participatory and futures both top down and bottom up accountability with the involvement of the communities inside learning and planning sessions. FIDIPA integrated programmes has in place appropriate indicators to monitor progress towards advancement of objectives and concurrently capture the inputs, outputs and effect and its impact of it programme activities. FIDIPA recognizes all the key stakeholders involved in this program to have contribution to Monitoring and Evaluation’s design and proposal development. FIDIPA program planning takes place quarterly through a Participatory Review and Reflection Process (PRRP) process where all programs are reviewed for progress, and plans for the next phase is made in consideration of the challenges, constraints, lessons learnt and best practices from the previous year’s activities. Likewise in each quarter the program team will undertake a PRRP yielding in detailed quarterly operational plans and budgets. |
